Welcome my friend. I’m Olivia— Energy Healer, Trained Reiki Master Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Mentor and Explorer Of Life. It’s an honor to cross paths with you.
Through a fusion of Reiki, multi-dimensional Energy Work, intuitive guidance and trauma-informed integration support, I offer sessions that assist in activating your powerful “inner-healer” and restoring your natural rhythm. Together we open a portal to consciousness expansion, sacred power and embodiment of your truth.
Whatever transformation is calling you, this work meets you where you are and gently guides you deeper. And it’s here to remind you that your limit simply does not exist.
It’s easy to forget that life is our canvas. You wield the paintbrush… whatever you seek to experience, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing… inner unification and harmony… or expansion in health, relationships, finances, family, etc.— your potential is infinite and unlimited.
However, I wholeheartedly get it. Because I’ve actively lived my own extensive physical/emotional trauma healing processes alongside an intense Kundalini Awakening, I know how painful, stagnant, and even hopeless life can feel. Extracting wisdom from my own path and fusing it with knowledge from some incredible mentors and teachers, I’ve learned what practically works for people to create tangible shifts and lasting resolve. My work centers around INTEGRATION AND WHOLENESS: freeing the homeless within—unconditionally accepting, loving and holding space for ALL parts of ourselves, while cultivating the inner coherence necessary to express authentically and with integrity… empowered by presence, excitement, purpose, trust and fulfillment while navigating life’s adventures.

My journey never followed the expected, acceptable blueprint I thought it would. I spent many years fighting against this truth, until I realized it was programmed into my energetic signature. Early in life, my sensitivity plagued me— I’ve always been able to sense invisible ripples in reality. But the intensity of my perception was debilitating, misunderstood and incomprehensible to many around me.
This struggle eventually evolved into a thirst to understand the unseen and to immerse myself in all aspects of existence (not just the comfortable ones)— in order to remember who we are, why we’re here, and how we can better operate within this reality.
Through years of deep healing, intuitive/meditative training, spiritual study, energetic attunement and lived experience of consistent integration, I’ve realized that healing isn’t linear and nothing is one-size-fits-all. We exist on many levels, as do the keys to our resolution and coherence. It’s far less about “fixing” anything, and more about remembering how to love it all into wholeness.
In sessions, the unconditional love and sacred universal support hold you through each moment. It’s almost as if these energies attune to your field and sense your unmet needs. All the parts, imprints and layers of you, whether they be emotional, relational, ancestral, karmic, somatic, spiritual and beyond, hold purpose and catalyze your expansion. My work serves to bring awareness to the cobwebs, balance the inner scales and recalibrate your system so that you’re able to thrive — regardless of what reality meets you with.
