Integrative Energy Healing

THE PROCESS

• By connecting to the quantum field (the subtle energetic matrix underlying all matter and consciousness), I channel Divine Healing Love, Reiki Universal Energy and all applicable Frequencies while conducting various techniques that assist me in directing the energy. All sessions are tailored to your needs/intentions, which we discuss in a brief conversation at the beginning of the session before the transmission begins. (If you’re uncomfortable with speaking verbally, feel free to email me with your intentions following booking— conversation is optional.) Your personal intentions are ignited for your greatest expression as I guide your field through the calibration process and help your system attune to the energy.

• We work chakra by chakra to cleanse, purify, balance and regulate your system, attending to your energy channels, clearing and charging all layers of your biofield and facilitating healthy grounding so that you can come into alignment with your self, health, and the life you desire to create. A multitude of techniques are employed that involve biofield calibration, deep visualization, chakra healing, grounding, energy programming, psychic surgery, color utilization, sacred geometry, cord pulling, aura repair, channel purification, holistic flow restoration, and more. This Spiritually-Guided Intelligence has the power to treat even issues that we’re unconscious of.

• All you have to do is rest in a state of openness and surrender to the process that’s already begun upon booking. Experiencing energy healing while being still and closing your eyes often allows you to feel the pleasurable sensations of subtle energy movement. Necessary insights often arise during the session or even hours, days or weeks later. The session itself is an opportunity to rest, recalibrate and softly float away into deep inner relaxation and peace. All you have to do during the healing is simply be.

• Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further directions for an optimal experience including some light breathing exercises to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and settle into a state of deep relaxation. I encourage you to lie down, close your eyes and simply settle into the moment. No electronics like phone, computer, etc. are necessary for the session since I’m working energetically, yet you have the option of being on a Zoom Video Meeting With Me for the entirety of the session or an Audio Conversation followed by No Technology — whatever you’re most comfortable with. Clients often find distant healing incredibly relaxing because they can remain in the security, comfort and ambience of their own environment. You’re welcome to receive from wherever you feel coziest and most receptive! For non-Zoom sessions, I include healing music for you to play after our conversation, which has also been imbued with beneficial intentions and blessed with Reiki for your greatest growth.

• Within 5 days of our session(s), I email you with an Integration Brief (Energetic Insights & Post-Session Reflection) in which I discuss what I pick up on while working, as well as any personal recommendations, guidance or messages that may come through for you moving forward.

• Packages are discounted. Everyone’s system is different— multiple sessions may be optimal in order to allow maximum healing and transformation to unfold. Because our stress responses, subconscious tendencies, beliefs, patterning and cycles are not developed overnight, shifts may take time to integrate and maintain. Everyone is completely different in their needs, whether that be one single session or a package so please use your discernment. • After your sessions, please adequately hydrate to aid in the physical detoxification process. Energy healing brings emotional blockages and residue to the surface, which typically correspond to clearings on a physical level. Pay close attention to your intuition during this time as to whether any dietary and/or lifestyle changes are necessary.

• You are beyond deserving of this expansion— health, presence, abundance and inner harmony are your birthrights. I’m honored and deeply grateful to connect with you along your journey.
